For all of you vegetarians out there… this recipe is for you!
This salad was SO GOOD! The calories are:
Servings are:
- Pasta- 1 grain serving
- Spinach & tomato- 2 veggie servings
- Mozzarella- 1 dairy serving
- Dressing- 1 healthy fat serving
This salad is great for feeling full and having energy! I accidentally put 1/2 Tablespoon instead of 1 Tsp for the balsamic vinegar. Basically the vinegar has no calories and a ton of flavor.
