My Preventative Cancer Protocol

A little while back, a friend mentioned she was taking Ivermectin as a wellness preventative. I went down the research rabbit hole — and Justin and I have been on this protocol ever since. Our kids too.

The protocol

How we run it.

01

25mg

Quarterly dose.

02

5 days

One pill 5 days in a row

03

2 days

Rest the system for 2 days

A note

Don't skip the EVOO + lemon shot. A daily shot of olive oil and lemon juice acts as a binder — keeps everything moving the way it should.

My story

A little while back, a friend mentioned she was taking Ivermectin as a wellness preventative. I went down the research rabbit hole — and Justin and I have been on this protocol ever since. Our kids too.

Cancer is uncontrolled cell growth. The goal: get unhealthy cells to die off without hurting the healthy ones. Research started showing Ivermectin could target the bad cells while leaving the good ones alone.

After much research, we started a quarterly preventative protocol. It's a pretty simple addition to my wellness routine — and totally worth it if it can help prevent a terrible disease.

Questions I get asked

The honest answers.

Is this safe for our kids to take?

Honestly — that's a personal call for every family. Talk to your pediatrician and do your own research.

How do I know if it's actually working?

This is preventative, so you won't feel a dramatic difference like with most supplements. The point is what's happening underneath — supporting your body before there's an issue.

Why quarterly instead of daily?

Daily isn't necessary for prevention — and I'd rather give my body breaks. Quarterly cycling is what made sense to us after the research.

What if I'm on other medications?

Great question — and an important one. Every Fierce Health order includes a consultation with one of their licensed medical professionals, so you'll have someone to walk through your current medications with before anything ships. That said, I'd still loop in your own doctor or care team first. Better to over-communicate than skip a step — especially if you're on anything ongoing.

Ivermectin or the combo — what's the difference?

Ivermectin alone is what our family runs. The combo (Ivermectin + Mebendazole) is for people who want to go a step further with two compounds working together. Both use the same KALEE10 code.

This is what works for our family. Do your own research, talk to someone you trust, and decide what's right for yours.
