Ivermectin + Mebendazole
My daily protocol. The combo I trust most — and the piece of my healing journey I get asked about more than anything else.
JEANETTE × Fierce Health
I'm Jean — fitness coach, mom, and currently healing stage 4 cancer through an integrative approach. These are the Fierce Health products that became part of my daily protocol, working alongside the conventional care I'm doing with my team. Sharing them because so many of you have asked.
MY RECOMMENDATIONS
My daily protocol. The combo I trust most — and the piece of my healing journey I get asked about more than anything else.
Not what I'm currently on — but if the combo feels like too much to start, this is the gentler entry point. Doctor-prescribed and easy to titrate.
Not part of my own routine — but a tool I recommend for anyone working on metabolic health alongside their healing. Microdose keeps it gentle.
My story
When I got my stage 4 diagnosis, I knew two things. One: I was going to fight with everything I had. Two: I wasn't going to fight alone — I was going to build a team, study the research, and create an integrative protocol that included both the conventional and the alternative.
Fitness has been my discipline for years. So has trusting my body. That training is what carries me now — through treatment days, through hope days, through the days I just need to put one foot in front of the other.
These three products from Fierce Health are pieces of my protocol. They're not the whole picture — the whole picture includes my oncology team, my nutrition, my movement, my faith, and my family. But these are the pieces I share most often because so many of you keep asking.
"There's always hope. The protocol that gets you there is yours to build."

Your team needs to be your team. If you're in active treatment, please talk to your oncologist before adding anything new. Fierce Health includes a medical consultation, and your conventional care team should always be in the loop. Integrative means alongside — never instead of.
Questions I get asked
This is the most important question I get, and the answer always starts the same way: talk to your oncology team first. Some integrative protocols can be paired with conventional treatment safely. Others can't. Don't guess — get aligned with your team.
Because I wanted every tool available — not just one path. Integrative means I'm doing the conventional work AND adding evidence-informed natural protocols alongside it. It's never "instead of." It's "alongside."
Research, research, and more research. Months of reading studies, talking to integrative oncologists, and listening to others further along the road. Fierce Health is what I landed on for these compounds — the prescriber model and quality standards matter to me.
My protocol is personalized to my labs, my treatment, and my body. Yours should be too. I'd never share exact doses publicly because what's right for me may not be right for you. Fierce Health's medical team helps each person dial it in.
Absolutely not. This is one person's healing journey, shared openly so others can ask better questions. Your team needs to be your team. I'm just sharing the path I'm walking.
Yes — and it's worth considering. The active healing protocol is what I run. Different applications, similar tools — both require medical oversight.
If you're reading this in the middle of your own healing — I see you. There's always hope. I'm building this protocol publicly because the more we share what's working, the more people find their way forward. Talk to your team. Do your research. Take what serves you. Leave what doesn't.
